This three-day course covers all the content of the Emergency First Aid course and has additional time to deal with the types of injuries and problems typical of the mountain and moorland environments such as hypothermia, frostbite, casualty handling and moving and accident procedure for remote environments.
 
This course is continually assessed by the experienced course tutors and is not formally assessed like the Outdoor First Aid at Work Qualification. This course is a appropriate for the Mountaineering Instructor Schemes, Winter ML, International Mountain Leader and for those operating in remote areas. This programme also includes AED (Automatic External Defibrillator) training.
 

This course is certified as - Emergency First Aid at Work.

Previous Experience - none required. 

This course is delivered in Snowdonia at our partner training venue Bryn Tiron Farm.

Lunch is included in the non residential fee.
 
£265, £199 non residential.


We are able to deliver this course at your venue for Schools, Colleges, Business, University and Youth groups within the UK mainland for up to 12 candidates at just £1300 fully inclusive.
