Who is this course
for?
This
NGB Award is aimed at those who are in a position of responsibility
and who wish to run and supervise climbing sessions on artificial climbing structures in the UK.
Minimum
experience requirements
Prior
to attending a training course you must be registered with the Mountain
Leader Training Board (MLT) of your home nation and have received a logbook and be a member of a mountaineering council.
Course content
A 16 hour training course covering modules 1 & 2 of the CWA syllabus

CWA Assessment
Experience requirements
Prior to attending the assessment; candidates must have attended a CWA training course or courses if both modules wish to be assessed, be able to lead graded climbs and be in possession of a valid first aid certificate.

6 hour CWA assessment for module 1 £90 per person
2 hour CWA assessment for module 2 £30 per person
